Project Description

The 10-screen Landmark Cinemas is an anchor tenant in New Westminster’s TOD, at Plaza 88.
The project features lobby windows immediately adjacent to the SkyTrain guideway at New Westminster Station, so that patrons of the theater experience can see SkyTrains speeding past every few minutes.
Plaza 88 also features four residential towers, a retail center, and parking garage.
